The goal of this program is to support job seekers to gain employment skills by providing Job Readiness Skills Groups and, if eligible, a work placement and access to one-on-one support by an employment counsellor, social worker, and occupational therapist. This is a FREE service.
The Job Readiness Program is an 8-week virtual group tailored to your needs as a job seeker living with the effects of brain injury, including concussion. The group will be mainly facilitated by an employment counsellor, with sessions facilitated by a social worker and occupational therapist. To further support the job searching process, group participants may be eligible for a paid job placement and access to one-on-one support by an employment counsellor, social worker, and occupational therapist.

- You are actively seeking employment
- You are located in Ontario
- You are unemployed and eligible to work in Canada
- You are able and willing to provide your Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- If eligible, to access the paid job placement, medical clearance to work must be provided from a medical doctor or nurse practitioner
